How it Works.

You'll be welcomed into a sacred space where you can relax in privacy or within the shared energy of a small circle.

A warm herbal infusion - crafted with womb-loving plants such as calendula, red raspberry leaf, chamomile and lavender - gently steams beneath you, inviting warmth and circulation into the pelvic bowl.

This ritual encourages physical release, energetic clearing, and emotional reconnection with your feminine essence.

What to Expect.

• A choice of herbs to self-select for your brew or a personalised blend selected for cycle and energetic needs

• Guided intention setting

• A warm, private or shared space to steam (approx. 30-40 mins)
