We're so looking forward to hosting you at Naked Soul Space.

This page contains everything you may want to know before arriving - from directions and parking, to important health considerations, and what to expect for each experience.

 Location & Arrival.

Parking

Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Where to go

After parking, please walk across the deck and you'll find the second door - that is the entrance to Naked Soul Space.

Timing

Please arrive right on time (not too early), as this helps protect privacy for clients ahead of you.

Fresha provides accurate location details and directions in your confirmation email.

Float Therapy - Important Information.

Before You Float

• Avoid coffee or stimulants beforehand.
• Eat only a light meal 1-2 hours prior.
• Stay hydrated, but avoid drinking large amounts before arrival.

Hair Colour

To protect both your hair and our Dreampod:

• If your hair has been freshly coloured, wait 2 weeks before floating even if it appears not to leach.
• On the day of your float, ensure the water runs completely clear when you shower.
• Hair that bleeds dye will stain the tank and our white towels.

When You Cannot Float

For safety reasons, floating is not suitable of you:

• Are menstruating
• Are within the first 6 months of breastfeeding
• have had an epileptic seizure in the last  2 years
• Have any serious heart disease
• Have an infectious disease
• Have diarrhoea or vomiting
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Have used spray tan or tanning products in the last 5 days
• Have had IV chemotherapy within 30 days
• Have had oral chemotherapy within 14 days
• Have kidney disease
• Are currently experiencing psychosis
• Are incontinent
• Have open wounds
• Have extreme neck or shoulder imbalance that prevents lying comfortably and safely

Fire & Ice - Contrast Therapy

What to Bring

• Jandals or slip on footwear for walking outside.
• Towels:
  • Private sessions - towels provided.
  • Shared/group sessions - please bring two towels per person.

Swimwear

Swimwear is optional.

You are welcome to sauna nude or clothed - whatever you are comfortable with.

When You Should Not Book Fire & Ice

Fire & Ice is not suitable if you:

• Have heart disorders
• Are on certain blood-pressure medications
• Are pregnant
• Have vascular or circulatory issues aggravated by heat/cold
• Are undergoing active cancer treatment
• Have hepatitis or inflammatory disease
• Have a fever
• Have fungal or contagious skin conditions

If you are unsure, just ask - safety first. 

Memberships

We offer a small range of membership options and passes for both Float Therapy and Fire & Ice.

If you hold a membership/pass, please note the following:

• Memberships and passes are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Credits only apply to the services included in your chosen membership/pass.
• All appointments for Float memberships must be made through Fresha.
• Fire & Ice pass appointments are made with direct contact via phone, email, socials.
• Pass credits must be used within their set timeframes.
• Standard cancellation policies apply to all membership/pass bookings.

You can purchase a membership/pass:

• During your appointment, or
• Directly through the Fresha booking system at any time.

Relaxation Massage

Before Booking

Massage is not suitable if you:

• Have cancer and are not under an approved oncology massage protocol
• Have infectious conditions
• Have received any vaccination in the last 48 hours
• Have open wounds or contagious skin conditions

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via your Fresha confirmation email.

• No-shows will incur the full cost of the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
